The daily game is free and does not require a game account, and it stays that way. There is one optional one-time purchase in development, Pinteza Plus, which unlocks a separate authored campaign. It is not available to buy yet.

We hope not. It is being built around a word that changes length from day to day, five, six, or seven letters, and a Dossiê that keeps discoveries from Pinteza's main modes. The current plan also includes weekly Chaos, Sprint, and a one-on-one Duo mode.

The current plan does not require a game account. Progress is saved on your device; backup and restore behaviour are being verified before launch.

Mostly. Practice, Sprint and Chaos play fully offline. The daily word is fetched fresh each day, so it needs a moment online to load, then you finish it offline. Duo is planned as a connected two-player mode.

Six guesses on five- and six-letter days, and seven on the seven-letter days, so the longest words come with an extra try.

The daily word is 5, 6, or 7 letters depending on the day, so no two days play the same. It keeps the daily fresh instead of always being a five-letter puzzle.

A fresh word is selected each day for each edition. Players using the same edition see the same word, making their results comparable and shareable. A new word arrives at local midnight.

The current plan is to fetch the day's word when it is needed instead of shipping weeks of answers inside the app. That keeps future words off the device before their day. It may take a moment to load, then you can finish the round offline.

The current plan has five modes: the Daily puzzle, Practice, timed Sprint, a weekly Chaos modifier that changes the rules, and Duo, a planned one-on-one word duel with a friend.

Chaos rotates a new rule-bending modifier every week, the same for everyone. There are seven in the rotation, from a reversed word to a shrinking keyboard, and no modifier repeats within any four-week window.

Win the daily puzzle on consecutive days to build a streak. Streak shields you earn as you play can cover the occasional missed day, so a single slip does not reset everything.

Duo is planned as a one-on-one word duel with a friend. We will describe its live connection and sharing flow after device and network QA.

The current plan includes multiple language editions, each curated and reviewed separately. You will choose an edition in the app, with more languages planned over time.

Both. European Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese are planned as separately curated and reviewed editions, not a translation toggle.

Pinteza is in development for iOS and Android, launching September 2026. The exact date is still to be announced.

Probably not. Pinteza has streak shields. You earn one for every 7 days of your streak and can hold up to 2, and if you miss a single day a shield is spent automatically to keep your streak alive. You will see it on your end screen and in the streak view. A shield bridges one missed day, so a longer gap will still reset the run.

The current plan saves your streak and stats on your device. We are verifying save and recovery behaviour on devices before launch, so we will not promise that a crash or interrupted save can never affect progress until that QA is complete.

Progress is saved on your device. Device backup and restore are being verified before launch, so please do not rely on an untested restore path yet.

We are building separate word lists and review flows for each edition. The list of words you may guess is planned to be broader than the possible-answer list, so uncommon words can still work as probes. If a real, common word is missing, tell us and we will review it.

Yes. Words solved in Pinteza's main modes are designed to be saved to your Dossiê, your personal word collection, together with their meaning and a rarity from Common to Legendary. You build a growing library of words you have met and can read what each one means.

One payment, once, that unlocks the Anthology: 200 hand-picked puzzles across 20 volumes in your edition, plus a set of four Founder cosmetics for anyone who buys before 31 December 2026. It is not a subscription, nothing renews and nothing expires. Full detail is on the Pinteza Plus page. It is not on sale yet.

No. The Daily, Practice, Sprint, Chaos and Duo are free before you buy and stay exactly as free afterwards. Plus adds something separate to play, it does not put a gate in front of something you already had. It also gives no advantage in the daily word.

None, for anyone, whether you buy Plus or not. Pinteza does not collect an advertising identifier either.

No. Coins are earned by playing and there is no way to buy them.

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not appear, check that you are signed in to the same Apple or Google account you actually paid with, then write to support@pinteza.app with the receipt and we will sort it out.

Sign in to the same store account and tap Restore purchases in Settings. Plus is tied to the Apple or Google account that bought it, not to a Pinteza account, because there is no Pinteza account to move.

Apple and Google take the payment, so refunds go through them: Apple or Google. If something in the game is broken, write to us first and we will try to fix it rather than have you lose the purchase.

Open Settings, then Data & Backup, and tap Delete my online results. That removes everything held on our server for your device straight away. Your streak, stats and collection live on your phone and are untouched. Uninstalling stops anything further being sent. See the Privacy Policy.

It is intended for players aged 13 and over. Duo lets two people play the same word at the same time using a short set of preset expressions, and there is no free-text chat.

Yes. Settings has a colour-blind mode that shifts the tile colours to a palette that is easier to tell apart, so correct and misplaced letters stay clear.

Yes. Turn on reduced motion in Settings and Pinteza calms the animations and effects while keeping the game fully playable. It also follows your device's system reduced-motion setting.
