No. Today's puzzle plays right here in your browser. The app is optional and doesn't ask for an account either.
Is the word the same for everyone?
Yes, within the same edition: English, Portugal, Brazil or Spanish. Each edition has its own word of the day, and the word changes at midnight, your local time.
Does it work on iPhone?
Today's puzzle plays in any browser, iPhone included. The app is on Android; iOS is coming later.
What do I get from the app?
